There is no hourly rate. We quote the whole Yokine job upfront based on what you want cleaned and what shape it is in, and that figure is what you pay.
Coffee, wine, mud and general grime almost always come out. Bleach, rust and dye damage will not, because the fibre itself has changed colour. You get that answer honestly at the quote.
End of lease work is a good share of what we do. You get an itemised receipt, and an honest heads up on anything permanent so it does not become an argument over your bond.
