Every Aveley quote is fixed in advance. It comes down to how many areas you want done and how much work the carpet needs, so a photo or a quick description gets you an accurate figure rather than a guess.
Coffee, wine, mud and general grime almost always come out. Bleach, rust and dye damage will not, because the fibre itself has changed colour. You get that answer honestly at the quote.
